Our work focused on combining aesthetic precision with fire safety performance — ensuring each internal wall met both design and compliance standards within this iconic Grade II-listed structure.

Installation of high-performance dry lining systems across office and amenity floors.
Construction of protected wall partitions meeting fire-rating and acoustic requirements.
Integration with M&E, glazing and ceiling systems to maintain design continuity.
Finishing and jointing to Cat A standard, ready for decoration and fit-out.

Technical Performance
Our dry lining package used fire-rated board systems with integrated acoustic insulation to achieve the project’s strict performance criteria. All works were completed under CDM 2015 compliance, with daily inspections, RAMS documentation and coordination with multiple trades in a live-site environment.
Challenges & Solutions
Working within a Grade II-listed tower meant maintaining the building’s original structure while upgrading internal systems to modern safety standards. Our team implemented:
Lightweight metal stud frameworks to reduce load on heritage floors.
Precision cutting for complex angles and recessed service voids.
Sequenced installation to align with simultaneous M&E and glazing works.
Outcome
The completed dry lining and protected wall systems now form part of a high-quality internal shell, providing a compliant and visually flawless base for subsequent Cat B fit-outs.
