Chiswick, W4 – Mansard Conversion

Project brief: Create an extra bedroom and home office for a growing family while respecting the conservation area style.

What we did: Designed a mansard roofline in keeping with neighbouring properties, obtained planning approval, and fitted bespoke joinery and acoustic flooring.

Outcome: Seamless integration with the existing architecture, 2 new rooms, and a 15% uplift in property value.
