Clapham, SW4 – Dormer Loft Conversion

Project brief: Convert an unused roof space into a master suite with en-suite and built-in wardrobes.

What we did: Installed a full-width dormer, re-engineered the roof structure, and added energy-efficient insulation and skylights.

Outcome: +22m² of usable space, natural light throughout, and a quiet retreat overlooking the garden.
