Chelsea, SW3 - Basement Conversion

Family Entertainment Basement

Project brief: Convert a damp storage cellar into a warm, family-friendly living area with a home cinema and playroom.

What we did: Excavated to full height, installed a cavity-drain membrane and sump system, added underfloor heating and acoustic insulation.

Outcome: A bright, fully waterproofed 45 m² basement now used daily for family gatherings and film nights.
